This position provides advanced practice nursing support in a family practice capacity for patients including inpatient, outpatient, and nursing home settings. You will work in partnership with physicians completing medical consultations, history and physical examinations, and medication assessments and adjustments. Ideal candidate will have some previous family practice and treatment of nursing home patients experience.
