Surrounded by majestic mountains in the Center of Vermont, lies a Family Health Center looking for a seasoned confident Nurse Practitioner, to work in an Acute Care/Fast Track area. This state of the art facility houses 14 Medical Providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. Family Health Center is equipped with in-house pharmacy, lab, and x-ray services. It is also utilizes an integrated Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management system. The Acute Care/Fast Track service is expanding to serve the community 7 days a week; weekdays until 9:00pm and weekends until 4:00pm. New Hire will work a 4 day week; rotating late evenings and weekend coverage, but will have no call responsibilities. In exchange, a very generous reimbursement package complete with signing bonus, relocation, 4 weeks of vacation, plus 1 week CME and annual CME stipend is only the beginning.
